Our verdict on Coggno
Coggno sells online compliance training through a course marketplace and its own learning management system. The catalogue covers OSHA, HIPAA, HR, harassment prevention, cybersecurity, transportation, financial and food-service requirements, and Coggno says it updates state-specific courses when state laws change. Courses run self-paced in a browser or on a phone, certificates are issued on completion, and the courses can also be exported to another LMS as SCORM 1.2 or 2004 packages.
There are three ways to buy. À la carte courses start at $9.95 each with no subscription, and include a free LMS with unlimited admins and groups, assignments, completion tracking, reports and certificates. Coggno Prime costs $5 per user a month, with a 10-user minimum billed yearly, and adds unlimited access to the Prime library, single sign-on, API access, a custom URL, learning paths, uploads of your own SCORM files and documents, and HRIS and payroll sync with 24 providers such as ADP, BambooHR, Paychex, Paycor and UKG, refreshed daily. Enterprise is priced on request and adds volume pricing, custom integrations, course customization and full white-labeling.
OSHA-authorized OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 courses come from a content partner and are bought separately on every plan. Harassment training is available in state-specific versions for California, New York, Connecticut, Illinois, Maine and Washington, and courses are offered in 15+ languages. Every plan includes email, phone and live-chat support.
