It brings interviewers and candidates into a shared browser-based IDE with multi-cursor collaboration, a terminal, repositories, live application previews, Git workflows, and an integrated AI agent. The product is suited to pair-programming interviews, live debugging sessions, practical follow-up interviews, and evaluations that benefit from a shared project context. Its support for PostgreSQL, Redis, multiple runtimes, and reproducible Nix-powered environments gives teams room to assess work closer to a real development workflow.
Pricing is organized around candidate credits and access levels. Solo costs $49 per month and includes 3 candidate credits, 1 active assignment at a time, unlimited hiring managers, access to Take-home, CodePair, and Bytes, and the CodePair Fast model.
