Our verdict on CoachAccountable
CoachAccountable is a web-based coaching platform for individual coaches, coaching teams, and organizations that manage structured client programs. Its workspace brings together client records, materials, insights, action plans, metrics, progress tracking, worksheets, assessments, session notes, messaging, file sharing, courses, groups, invoicing, and payment workflows. Coaches can support one-to-one or group coaching, sell offerings through signup pages, and organize client follow-through. The platform is available on the web and through an API, and the vendor describes a mobile app experience with no download required.
Pricing is monthly and based on active client count. The Starter plan costs $20 per month, while Level 1 is $40, Level 2 is $70, Level 3 is $120, Level 3.5 is $200, Level 4 is $250, Level 4.5 is $340, and Level 5 is $400. Each published tier is described as a complete, fully-featured system, so the main pricing distinction is the active-client level rather than a feature-gated progression. A 30-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan. This structure suits practices that want the full workspace and can forecast client volume, while smaller or less structured practices may prefer a simpler tool.
