A technical-team BI tool for SQL dashboards, alerts, scheduling, and embedding.

Cluvio is a cloud business-intelligence platform for startups and data-driven teams that work with SQL databases and data warehouses. Analysts can write SQL and R, turn query results into interactive dashboards and charts, and share those dashboards internally, through secure links, scheduled email, or embedded analytics. It is best suited to technical teams that want direct control over queries and reporting rather than a primarily no-code analytics workflow. The platform is available through the web and a public HTTP API.
Cluvio combines a permanent Free plan with three paid tiers. Free includes three dashboards, 1,000 query executions per month, R data processing, and two-factor authentication through an authenticator app. Pro costs $279 per month and adds 50 dashboards, unlimited query executions, 20 SQL alerts, 20 dashboard schedules, two analyst users, and unlimited viewer users. Business costs $669 per month and provides 100 dashboards, 100 SQL alerts, 50 dashboard schedules, five analyst users, unlimited viewer users, and external and embedded sharing. Enterprise costs $2,250 per month with annual billing and adds unlimited dashboards, unlimited query executions, unlimited SQL alerts, unlimited viewer users, external and embedded sharing, and white-labeling.
The integration footprint covers Amazon Athena, BigQuery, ClickHouse, Databricks, Microsoft Azure databases, Presto, Redshift, Snowflake, Trino, and Vertica. Its SQL editor includes syntax highlighting, code completion, parameterized queries, and reusable snippets, while dashboards support filters and configurable refresh rates. SQL alerts can send scheduled email notifications, and dashboards and reports can be delivered by email. Single sign-on, two-factor authentication, secure sharing links, embedding, user roles, and the public API support broader deployment. Choose Cluvio for SQL-led analytics with R workflows and warehouse connectivity; choose an alternative if AI assistance, natural-language queries, or row-level security are central requirements.
