Our verdict on Clubsys
Clubsys brings membership and subscription administration together with facility bookings, payments, access control and point of sale. It is aimed at membership clubs, academies and multi-sport facilities with busy booking operations, shops or bars, and staff working across distinct roles. Staff manage operations through a web system with role-based permissions; members can book through a branded mobile app, web portal or on-site terminals. The vendor says it was founded in 1994 and positions the product for larger clubs and facilities.
The breadth is a defining fit: configurable court and space booking rules and rates sit alongside member accounts, online payments and direct debit. Access control can be linked to memberships and reservations, while POS covers bar, restaurant, reception and shop activity. Clubsys also handles leagues, ladders, tournaments, events, courses, sessions, attendance and coach permissions. Communications, surveys, audience segmentation, push notifications, dashboards, reports and accounting exports extend the platform beyond day-to-day reservations. Stripe is the listed integration, and web, iOS and Android are supported platforms.
According to the vendor, implementation, training and 365-day support are included in the licence, and prospective clubs can request a personalised demonstration.
