The channel manager is part of Cloudbeds’ broader hotel management plans, and plan choice affects what is included. Flex includes PMS, Payments, and Marketplace, but customers bring their own distribution and use a separate channel manager partner. One adds Channel Manager and Booking Engine; Experience adds Guest Experience to that package. Enterprise offers custom packages for hospitality groups, brands, or management companies.
