ClientSmart is a cloud-based mystery shopping management platform for companies that run shopper networks and client evaluation programs. It is suited to larger operations managing approximately 200 to 25,000 monthly shops, with tools for project creation, assignment browsing, survey completion, evidence collection, reporting, shopper communication, and payment calculations. Its web platform combines operational workflows with client-facing outputs, making it a fit for programs that need consistent processes and branded deliverables.
The strongest part of the product is its coverage across the mystery shopping workflow. Reusable survey templates support scoring rules and conditional logic, while the Shopboard supports assignment browsing and filtering. Shoppers can submit survey responses along with photos, receipts, and documents. On the management side, automated shopper-pay calculations, branded HTML emails, CSV and Excel imports, and role-based access controls reduce the need to handle each operational step separately.
