Invoicing supports labour and materials splits, milestone billing, deposits, retentions and variation orders. Sole traders and small teams can use it through web, iOS and Android deployments, with cloud and mobile access.
The published plans show a free monthly tier with five invoices, five clients, PDF export and a client portal preview. Starter expands invoice and client capacity, adds basic payment reminders, a client portal, MTD VAT records and MTD VAT return preparation. Professional adds unlimited invoices, AI quote and invoice drafting, custom reminders, a full analytics dashboard and priority email support. Business adds multi-user access, dedicated onboarding and priority phone support, while including Professional features. This progression suits users who want to begin with core records and add collaboration or administration tools as their operation grows.
Construction-specific workflows are the main strength.
