Clean Slate Cloud is Windows desktop security and restore software from Fortres Grand Corporation. It is designed for organizations managing public-access or shared Windows PCs, including small businesses, mid-market teams and enterprises. The software discards unwanted changes to desktops, programs, documents and files when users log off or reboot. It supports Windows 10 and 11, with cloud deployment and a web-based management console for administrative control.

Pricing is handled through a sales-quote process rather than published plan tiers. The web console provides configuration and remote management, while deployment workflows can incorporate Microsoft SCCM, Altiris and LANDesk. Administrators can block unwanted or unknown executables, apply restrictions to administrator accounts, and set automatic logoff, shutdown or restart after inactivity. Exclusions for selected files, folders, drives or registry keys allow approved changes to persist instead of being cleared.

Its central strength is the combination of rollback and update preservation: Windows and antivirus updates remain in place while protection is active, even as other desktop, application and document changes are removed. That makes Clean Slate Cloud a fit for managed Windows fleets where consistent workstation states matter. The trade-off is a Windows-only scope, sales-led pricing and support through email, phone and documentation without 24/7 coverage. Organizations needing cross-platform protection, always-on support or a self-service pricing model should evaluate alternatives; teams centered on centrally administered Windows desktops should find the feature set closely aligned with that operating model.
