ClarNow builds one-question-at-a-time forms for surveys, quizzes, lead capture, registrations, and bookings. Its visual logic builder can route respondents by answers, variables, or URL parameters, while calculations, scoring, and custom endings let forms respond to what people enter. That makes it a fit for solo operators and teams that need more than a linear questionnaire, particularly when a form needs to qualify leads or produce quiz outcomes. It is less suited to a simple contact form that does not need branching or computed results.
The free plan includes unlimited forms, seats, and workspaces, plus logic, calculations, an AI assistant, and 10 MB file uploads; its monthly submission cap is 100. Start costs €12 per month with annual billing and removes ClarNow branding, with overages charged at €0.02 per response in €2 blocks. Pro is €24 per month annually and adds a custom domain, while Business is €49 per month annually and includes unlimited submissions under fair use, roles and permissions, and priority support.
