Civio Engage review
A broad engagement toolkit with analytics, AI-assisted analysis and multilingual settings.

Civio Engage brings community participation tools into a cloud platform for cities, government agencies and enterprises. It supports surveys, idea boards, polls, discussions, Q&A, map-based feedback, participatory budgeting and events, with dashboards and reporting exports for reviewing responses. That breadth suits teams coordinating several kinds of public engagement; organizations looking only for a single-purpose survey tool may find its scope more than they need.
The published plans show a capacity-based progression, but pricing requires a request. Community Connect includes 1 administrator, up to 5 projects and 5,000 registered users. Engagement Accelerator raises that to 5 administrators, unlimited projects and 20,000 registered users. Enterprise Alliance includes unlimited administrators and projects, 50,000 registered users and API access. All three plans list all engagement tools, participatory budgeting and AI analysis. The plans are available as quarterly or annual subscriptions, but prices are not displayed, so buyers will need a sales conversation to compare costs.
Its feature depth is a defining consideration: survey forms support 20+ question types plus conditional logic and branching, while AI-assisted tagging, survey analysis and semantic search offer additional ways to work with submissions. Translation settings cover 40+ languages, and the product lists WCAG 2.1 AA, ISO 27001 and two-factor authentication. API access is reserved for Enterprise Alliance. Support channels are documentation and tickets. Choose Civio Engage if your team needs multiple participation formats, analysis and multilingual settings in one platform; consider a narrower tool if you need only surveys or prefer prices available without contacting sales.
