Chronexa review
A broader work suite with practical leave workflows, but a narrower leave focus.

Chronexa is a web-based business SaaS workspace for service companies that combines holiday requests with time tracking, projects, client management, team roles, reports, messaging and subscription administration. Its leave tools cover employee request submission, editing, cancellation and status tracking, while authorized approvers can review requests through role-based approval workflows. Shared calendars, overlap detection, notifications and history support day-to-day coordination. It is a fit for teams that want leave management alongside operational tools, rather than a narrowly focused absence platform.
The plan structure is organized around fixed user counts. Lite provides full access for 10 users, Team for 25, Standard for 50 and Business for 100. The published packages also include AI assistant allowances that vary by billing presentation: the listed monthly versions provide 100, 250, 500 and 1000 requests respectively, while the annual versions provide 1200, 3000, 6000 and 12000. Technical support is included across the plans. The product is paid, has no free plan and includes a 30-day free trial. EUR applies outside Poland, PLN applies to customers with a Polish billing country, and VAT is added.
Chronexa’s broader platform can be useful when leave decisions need to sit beside time tracking, project codes, CRM pipeline management and reporting. CSV and PDF reports cover hours, attendance, holidays and pipeline activity, while the read-only AI assistant respects user permissions. EU processing and hosting, role-based access and activity history add useful governance signals. However, teams seeking a dedicated leave system may find its verified leave scope less central than its wider workspace features. Choose Chronexa when consolidation matters; consider a more focused alternative when advanced absence management is the primary requirement.
