Our verdict on Chiro8000

Chiro8000 is chiropractic office software from Forté Holdings, sold in three editions that build from billing to practice management and EHR/EMR. Its feature set spans ICD-10 billing, scheduling, patient notes and intake workflows, making it relevant to small and mid-market practices that want these functions in one package. Windows and iOS are listed platforms, though iPad kiosk support is the specific Apple-device feature described. The editions make it possible to start with billing rather than purchasing the full suite upfront.

Pricing is a one-time cost by edition: C8K1 is $1,000, C8K2 is $2,500, and C8K3 is $6,000. C8K1 covers paper and electronic billing, statements, collections, accounting and superbills. C8K2 includes those features and adds an appointment scheduler, reminders, marketing, reports, analytics and per-patient office notes.
