Our verdict on Chimeform

Chimeform is a browser-based form builder for creating and sharing forms with answer-based paths. It is aimed at teams that need to shape different respondent journeys and see how people move through them. A visual canvas maps questions, branches, and endings; path previews let teams inspect those routes before publishing. Forms can be shared by link, and incoming answers appear in a live response table grouped by the path each respondent took.

The plan structure separates basic conditional flows from more involved branching. Starter includes conditional logic and email notifications, at $12 per month billed annually or $18 month to month. Team costs $39 per month billed annually or $49 monthly, and adds branching plus scoring and shared workspaces. Scale is $89 per month billed annually or $109 monthly; its listed additions are custom domains, webhooks, an API, SSO, and an audit log. A free plan is available, and the vendor says users can move to it after the 14-day trial.
