Cherry Servers Cloud VPS review
A flexible KVM VPS for lightweight workloads, automation, and variable usage.

Cherry Servers Cloud VPS provides shared-resource virtual private servers for developers, startups, and small to medium-sized businesses. It is positioned for lightweight workloads such as development environments, low-traffic websites, simple APIs, bots, and microservices. Plans use KVM virtualization and SSD storage, with configurable CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth, operating systems, and locations. Root access is available through SSH or a VNC console, and multiple Linux distributions are supported.
Pricing is flexible for workloads that do not need a fixed monthly commitment. CLOUD VPS 1 (GEN 2) starts at $0.018 per hour, $3.51 per month, or $42.12 per year, with 1 vCore, 1GB RAM, 20GB SSD storage, and 1TB free egress traffic. CLOUD VPS 2 (GEN 2) costs $0.039 per hour, $7.02 per month, or $84.24 per year, with 2 vCores, 2GB RAM, 40GB SSD storage, and 1TB free egress traffic. CLOUD VPS 4 (GEN 2) is displayed at €0.05 per hour and includes 4 vCores, 4GB RAM, and 80GB SSD storage. All listed plans use KVM-based virtualization and include 1TB free egress traffic.
Automation and infrastructure controls are a central strength. Customers get automated deployment, resource scaling, DDoS protection, private VLAN subnets, and optional VM backups. The REST API, CLI, Python SDK, Go SDK, Terraform Provider, and Ansible Collection make the service suitable for repeatable provisioning and managed infrastructure workflows. Backup storage is separately activated and currently limited to eligible servers in the Lithuania region. Cherry Servers Cloud VPS is a sensible fit for flexible, smaller-scale deployments and teams that value infrastructure automation. Organizations needing a different resource model or broader backup eligibility should consider alternatives.
