Our verdict on Chaser
Chaser automates accounts receivable work for businesses that need to manage outstanding invoices and credit control. It is aimed at small and mid-market organizations seeking to reduce manual follow-up: reminder schedules and workflows send invoice nudges by email and SMS, while debtor tracking and payment-behavior data help teams monitor accounts. Payment links and a customer portal support collection, and receivables forecasting adds a cash-flow view. Its focus is receivables rather than the full working-capital cycle, so it suits teams prioritizing collections over payables or supply-chain finance.
The published US plans show Compact at $259 per month with monthly billing or $233 per month billed annually. Both include 4 users, 30 follow-up templates and 4 automated receivables workflows. Core costs $779 monthly or $700 per month billed annually, with unlimited users, templates and workflows plus multi-entity support. Complete adds a dedicated account manager and priority support for $1,169 monthly or $1,050 per month billed annually. Custom pricing is available by contacting sales. There is no free plan, and the step up from Compact to Core is substantial; smaller teams should weigh the added capacity against their workflow needs.
Chaser connects with accounting and financial systems including Xero, QuickBooks, Sage products, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NetSuite, alongside Stripe and CRM options such as Salesforce and HubSpot. Two-way accounting synchronization, automatic reconciliation and real-time receivables updates support a connected collections process. The cloud product is available on web and through an API; support channels include email and documentation, and SOC 2 is listed. Choose Chaser when receivables automation and integrations are central requirements. Businesses seeking payables optimization, dynamic discounting, inventory optimization or supply-chain finance should look for a broader working-capital suite instead.
