ChartHop review
A modular people analytics platform that connects workforce insights with planning and HR workflows.

ChartHop brings people analytics, organizational data, and HR workflows into a shared model for HR, Finance, and operations teams. Its dashboards cover headcount, cost, attrition, span of control, and tenure; org charts and employee profiles add organizational context. Diversity analysis and AI-assisted questions, summaries, dashboards, and workforce insights extend the analytical layer. It is aimed at teams that want workforce trends and planning connected rather than managed in disconnected spreadsheets.
The published plans show ChartHop Core at $5 per employee per month, billed annually, with people analytics, dashboards, AI insights, org charts, employee profiles, map view, and a company calendar. Other modules are priced separately: HRIS and Headcount Planning are each $4 per employee per month; Compensation and Performance are also $4 each; Engagement and Goals are $3 each. These are additions to Core, so organizations should map needed modules before estimating total cost. Enterprise has flexible pricing for larger organizations and includes dedicated support.
Planning is a meaningful strength: Headcount Planning includes scenario modeling, real-time budget impact, approval workflows, and ATS requisition workflows. The integration list includes providers such as ADP Run, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Gusto, and Deel, alongside other HR, payroll, and ATS products. That breadth can suit organizations consolidating inputs for workforce analysis, though fit depends on the systems they need to connect. Choose ChartHop when analytics, planning, and adjacent people processes belong in one organizational view; teams seeking only a focused analytics layer may prefer a narrower product rather than paying for a modular suite.
