ChannelReply review
A helpdesk connector for marketplace messages, order context, and Shopify actions.

ChannelReply routes ecommerce marketplace messages into connected helpdesks, bringing customer and order details alongside conversations for agents to reply to. It is aimed at merchants who want marketplace communication handled in an existing support workflow rather than in a separate ChannelReply interface. Supported marketplace connections include Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy, WooCommerce, Newegg, Back Market, and TikTok Shop, plus beta integrations for Mirakl and Octopia. Helpdesk connections include Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, Gorgias, Re:amaze, Zoho Desk, Kustomer, and Onsite Support.
Its fit depends on the connected helpdesk. Conversations can be threaded, and agents can use custom fields, tags, and marketplace account signatures. Automated replies are available through compatible helpdesks. For Shopify, compatible helpdesks can support order cancellations, refunds, and basic restocking actions. Optional marketplace system notifications can also be enabled or disabled. This makes ChannelReply relevant when order context and message handling inside a current helpdesk matter more than having a standalone customer service workspace. Buyers seeking built-in returns management should look elsewhere.
Pricing includes a free Shopify Only plan for Shopify messages. Paid Standard costs $39 monthly or $31 per month with annual billing, with 200 messages and $0.05 per extra message. Pro is $79 monthly or $63 per month annually, with 1,000 messages and $0.04 per extra message. Enterprise is $199 monthly or $159 per month annually, with 4,000 messages and $0.03 per extra message. All three paid tiers include unlimited users. A 14-day free trial is available. Choose ChannelReply if your helpdesk is supported and you need marketplace conversations there; it is a poor fit if you need an independent interface or returns-management tools.
