Certainty ESG is an enterprise platform for collecting, managing and reporting environmental, social and governance data across operations, stakeholders and supply chains. It fits mid-market and enterprise organizations that need browser and mobile collection, including offline assessments across business locations and suppliers. Configurable forms, checklists, materiality tracking, delegated actions and evidence attachments support structured programs, while dashboards and reporting connect field activity with management review.
The Standard plan costs $18 per user per month when billed annually. It includes unlimited sites or locations, unlimited checklists, unlimited data, system hosting, business-intelligence reporting and technical support. Enterprise Options add all Standard features and tools, AI features, priority online, email and phone support, volume discounts, optional single sign-on and optional data integration. A Proof of Concept costs $930 one time and provides a 30-day configured instance, team training, system configuration and full feature access during the proof of concept. This structure suits organizations planning a recurring deployment, while teams wanting a free starting tier will need another product.
Certainty ESG connects with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SAP, OData and SQL, and supports PDF, Excel and CSV exports plus OData/API feeds. Security controls include single sign-on, two-factor authentication and role-based access controls. Corrective-action workflows cover review, verification and closure evidence, and supplier assessments can be scheduled alongside site assessments. Choose Certainty ESG when offline mobile capture, workflow control and supply-chain coverage matter more than a narrow reporting tool. Consider alternatives if you require a documented emissions-calculation engine or XBRL export, or if annual billing does not fit your purchasing model.
