Cephlon Metal provides dedicated physical bare-metal servers hosted on Cephlon-owned hardware in Ontario, Canada. It is aimed at workloads that need full root access, SSD storage, isolated networking, and dedicated connectivity rather than shared hosting. The Metal S, M, and L plans cover configurations from 16 cores and 32 GB ECC RAM to 24–28 cores and 256 GB ECC RAM, with RAID1 SSD storage on each plan. A Managed Private Server option is based on Metal M or L for teams that want operational assistance alongside dedicated infrastructure.

The core networking and infrastructure package is a strong fit for private deployments. Each plan includes a dedicated firewalled network segment, an automatic failover hostname, and a dedicated 1 Gbps server port on a 3 Gbps symmetric fibre uplink. Web traffic can use built-in Cloudflare-based DDoS shielding, while Cephlon Connect provides an optional private-access path. Proxmox can be preinstalled on request, making the service relevant to virtualization workloads. Public IPv4 addresses are available by request for qualified workloads, so teams with specific public-address requirements should account for that process.

Management and data protection are the main areas where the service branches beyond the base Metal plans. Optional managed operations add monitoring and alerting, guided hardening, OS patching on request, nightly backups with a 250 GB vault, and priority human support. Versioned off-server backup vaults are also available as an option. The trade-off is that the standard Metal plans are unmanaged, backup is not included in the base offering, pricing is contact-based, and the service is invite-only during its founding launch. Cephlon Metal suits teams seeking private bare metal and control; buyers wanting transparent pricing, broadly specified platforms, or an immediately accessible self-service purchase may prefer an alternative.
