CellMast, operated by ProxyGoat LLC, provides cloud-based mobile proxy access through rotating 4G/5G carrier IPs and dedicated modem ports. It suits solo users, small teams, mid-market organizations and enterprises that need country-targeted mobile traffic, carrier choice or dedicated regional access. Connections are available through HTTP, HTTPS CONNECT and SOCKS5, with web and REST API access for managing proxy use.
Pricing is split between prepaid rotating traffic and time-based dedicated ports. Rotating mobile plans cost $1.50 for 1 GB, $15 for 10 GB or $150 for 100 GB. The 1 GB plan includes sticky sessions up to 30 minutes and prepaid traffic that never expires; the larger plans offer per-connection or sticky sessions. Dedicated Middle East, Africa and Central Asia ports cost $2.63 for one day, $11.25 for seven days or $20.25 for 30 days per port, with unlimited data under fair-use terms. Dedicated Poland and Ireland ports cost $4.50 per day or $14.25 per seven days. These dedicated plans include rotation by link, API or timer.
The standout capability is control over mobile identity: users can target countries, select available carriers for dedicated ports and choose link-, API- or timer-driven rotation. Rotating connections support sticky sessions up to 30 minutes, while dedicated plans provide a modem-based port for a defined period. The service requires cryptocurrency top-ups and provides email support, so buyers seeking card payments, broader support channels or a free entry tier should consider another provider. CellMast is a practical fit when low per-gigabyte rotating pricing or specific regional dedicated access matters more than a broader integration ecosystem.
