CDviz is an open-source software delivery observability platform for development and DevOps teams. It collects delivery events from repositories, CI/CD systems, deployment tools, Kubernetes, and custom webhooks through the CDEvents standard. Its Grafana components cover DORA metrics, deployment and artifact timelines, pipeline performance, tests, incidents, tickets, changes, and delivery events. Small teams can use the Community plan, while organizations can choose a managed Cloud service or a supported self-hosted deployment.

The published monthly plans make the entry point straightforward. Community costs €0 per organization per month and includes the collector, database schemas, Grafana components, several integrations, community support, and self-hosted open-source components. Cloud costs €20 per organization per month and adds a hosted managed service, cross-repository pipeline reliability and trend analysis, optional 30-day history import, GitHub and GitLab support, and email and Discord support. The Cloud plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Pro costs €200 per organization per month, supports self-hosted deployment, includes everything in Community, and adds email and Discord support plus commercial support.

CDviz stands out when a team needs more than deployment frequency reporting. Pipeline duration, queue time, failure rate, task-run analytics, test history, duration trends, flaky-test detection, incident tracking, and change lifecycle data create a broad view of delivery performance. Integrations include GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Forgejo, Gitea, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, Jira, JUnit, TAP, SARIF, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Grafana. Event-driven automation is available through webhooks, Kafka, NATS, and SSE. Choose CDviz if open-source deployment, delivery-event analytics, and flexible storage matter; teams seeking a narrower hosted experience or broader Cloud integration coverage may prefer an alternative.
