A practical browser-based suite for managing catering sales, events, payments, and staffing.

Catertoo is browser-based catering management software for independent caterers, restaurant catering teams, hotels, venues, campus dining operations, and other event-based food businesses. It brings client records, event booking, reusable menus, proposals, e-signatures, invoices, payments, staffing, scheduling, and reporting into one system. Workflows can run from an initial inquiry through event completion and payment, making it relevant for teams that want a shared operating system for catering administration rather than separate tools for sales, operations, and billing.
Pricing is structured around a Free plan, two paid tiers, and an Enterprise option. Free costs $0 per month with monthly billing and includes up to three active events per month, unlimited users and clients, proposals, e-signatures, and a menu builder. Pro costs $39 per month monthly or $29 per month billed annually, with unlimited events, proposal and invoice branding, priority support, and free migration. Premium costs $89 per month monthly or $69 per month billed annually, adding advanced reporting and exports, integrations, multi-location support, and dedicated onboarding. Enterprise includes custom workflows, custom integrations and development, SLAs, SSO, and dedicated support.
The operational feature set is broad for catering teams. Catertoo supports inquiry-to-completion event statuses, venues, guest counts, itemized proposals with fees, discounts, tax, online acceptance, and e-signatures, plus conversion of accepted proposals into invoices. Stripe supports online deposits and balance payments; payment processing is optional, and Stripe and Catertoo platform fees may apply. Staff tools include assignments, double-booking warnings, time-off tracking, a staff portal, and drag-to-reschedule calendar scheduling. Choose Catertoo if you want these workflows in a web system with a free entry tier. Teams needing platforms beyond web, broader integrations, or a product outside public beta should consider alternatives.
