Catalystk is a CRM and ERP platform for growing small and mid-sized businesses, including traders, manufacturers, service companies, and retailers. Its strongest fit is managing sales quotations: teams can generate quotes from PDF, Word, Excel, or image RFQs, add branding and product images, send them through several channels, and convert approved quotes into proforma invoices, sales orders, or invoices. Web and Android access support office and mobile workflows.

Pricing is accessible at the entry level. The Free plan costs ₹0 forever and includes all modules, unlimited records, web and mobile apps, AI quotation generation from RFQs, and community support. Max costs ₹225 per user per month, with a minimum of 3 users, and adds guided onboarding, team training, data migration assistance, priority support, and custom fields, words, and reports. Pro costs ₹300 per user per month, also with a minimum of 3 users, and adds single sign-on, advanced roles, custom development and integrations, an uptime SLA, and a dedicated manager.

Quotation management is the standout area, with version history, manager approval routing, follow-up reminders, conversation logging, multi-currency documents, and exports to PDF or editable Excel. The wider platform includes CRM, GST billing, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, accounting, and reporting modules, but the clearest documented workflow is still outbound quotation management rather than purchase requests. Choose Catalystk if your team needs an inexpensive quotation and business-management system with a usable free tier. Teams primarily managing inbound purchasing requests should look for a product centered on that workflow.
