Casefleet is cloud-based case management software for litigators, legal teams, investigators, and other professionals handling evidence-driven matters. It brings fact chronologies, visual timelines, document review, evidence citations, witness and entity organization, full-text search, reporting, tasks, collaboration, and activity logs into a web application. The product fits teams that need to organize case information and connect proposed facts with supporting documents.

Pricing is split across Starter, Advanced AI, and Enterprise. Starter costs $30 per user per month or $360 per user per year and includes chronology tools, evidence citations, entity and witness organization, 20 documents per case, and 3,000 free OCR pages per user per month. Advanced AI costs $140 per user per month or $1,680 per user per year, adding document analysis, summarization, semantic indexing, named entity recognition, and an AI assistant. Enterprise has custom plans and pricing, with advanced user management, migration services, single sign-on, priority support, and custom limits. A 14-day trial is available.

The main strength is evidence analysis rather than broad operational case intake. Teams can review documents, highlight evidence, extract or propose facts, search across case materials, produce reports, and maintain activity records of created, edited, and deleted records. Workflow automation, reporting dashboards, and audit trails support structured team work. However, Casefleet is available on the web only and does not provide verified intake forms, integrations, or mobile apps. Legal teams focused on evidence organization and AI-assisted analysis should find the feature set closely aligned with their work; teams prioritizing connected intake workflows or mobile access should choose an alternative.
