CargoTMS is a web-based transport management platform for road transport companies, owner-operators, dispatch teams, freight brokers, and larger logistics operations. Its carrier-management capabilities cover carrier profiles, compliance documents, expiry alerts, portal access, performance metrics, grouping, and segmentation. The wider platform also handles transport orders, dispatch, fleet and driver records, invoicing, payment-status tracking, reports, fuel tracking, client portals, and profitability analysis. It fits teams that want carrier operations and transport workflows in one system rather than a narrowly focused carrier database.
The published plans show a tiered monthly structure. CargoTMS Starter costs €39 per month for small fleets, with up to 300 orders, 2 dispatchers, 5 vehicles, 5 drivers, 250 MB of storage, and 300 documents per month.
