Our verdict on CAMCARD BUSINESS

CAMCARD BUSINESS is a cloud service for digitizing, sharing, and managing business-card contacts across teams. Users can scan cards with the iOS or Android camera app or supported ScanSnap scanners, while OCR converts images into contact records. The service also provides a web interface, shared contact access, tags, notes, search, filters, organization-tree visualization, and sales activity records. It suits small, mid-market, and enterprise teams that need a common contact database rather than isolated personal scans.

The paid plans are structured around AI correction capacity and scanning volume. Standard includes an allowance for correcting 20 cards per user per month and unlimited card registrations. Professional raises the allowance to 50 cards per user per month and adds simultaneous reading of up to six cards, while retaining unlimited registrations. Enterprise is a custom plan for larger deployments. Pricing is presented in JPY, excludes tax, and uses annual contracts with the monthly amount derived from the annual total. Standard and Professional require a five-ID minimum, and a 10-day free trial is available.

CAMCARD BUSINESS connects contact work to existing tools and processes.
