CallSea is a B2B SaaS platform for contact centers, sales teams, and customer-service organizations. It processes recorded calls through SFTP, webhooks, or an API, then transcribes conversations with speaker separation and evaluates them against configurable checklists, point scales, AI scoring, and critical-error rules. Its web and API access suits teams that want structured quality assurance across recorded conversations rather than live intervention.

Pricing is organized into four tiers. Start costs 690 PLN per month and includes transcription and evaluation of 100% of calls, custom checklists, point scales, AI score, critical-error detection, dashboards, agent trends, and SFTP ingestion. Pro costs 1690 PLN per month and adds daily, weekly, and monthly intelligent reports. Business costs 4990 PLN per month and adds intelligent search, webhooks, REST API access, SLA, and onboarding support. Enterprise adds customized scoring formats and implementation, plus DPA and AI Act provisions tailored to the organization. Prices are stated net of VAT, and the free package is a test pilot agreed during a demo rather than a permanent free plan.

CallSea’s strongest fit is quality management built around recorded-call review. Searchable transcripts, phrase playback, transcript quotes for critical errors, per-agent trends, scheduled email reports, and data export give supervisors several ways to inspect and share results. CallSea states that it supports 90 languages and processes data in the European Union. However, the platform does not analyze live calls or sentiment, and its models analyze transcript text rather than voice tone or emotion. Choose CallSea when configurable QA, compliance monitoring, and lower-complexity ingestion matter most; teams needing real-time coaching, emotion analysis, or a broader named integration ecosystem should consider an alternative.
