Our verdict on Calendar.com

Calendar.com combines calendar management, availability planning, booking links, team scheduling, workflows, analytics, and video meeting integrations in one platform. It is designed for individuals, small businesses, and larger teams that coordinate meetings across multiple calendars or depend on scheduling links. Core capabilities include a unified calendar view, event creation, time blocking, focus blocks, meeting polls, shared team availability, and personal or team booking pages.

The plan structure starts with a Free plan described as free forever for individuals. Standard costs $20 per user per month when billed monthly and supports up to 10 users per workspace, six connected calendars, core integrations, analytics, and workflows. Pro costs $30 per user per month when billed monthly and raises the workspace limit to 30 users, supports 10 connected calendars, and adds Salesforce, HubSpot, and role-based access control. Enterprise adds unlimited users, SSO, SCIM provisioning, domain control, and custom integrations. A 14-day free trial is also available.

Platform coverage is a clear strength: Calendar.com is available on web, iOS, Android, as a Chrome extension, and through an API. Connections include Google Calendar, Outlook, Office 365, Exchange Server, Apple iCloud Calendar, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, GoTo Meeting, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Zapier, and Slack. Google, Office 365, and Exchange support two-way sync, while iCloud availability is supported without syncing iCloud events to Calendar.com. Choose it for broad scheduling, routing, and team coordination; consider another option if iCloud event synchronization is essential or if you only need a simpler individual calendar.
