Our verdict on Business Calendar 2
Business Calendar 2 is an Android calendar and task-organizing app for work, family, and personal schedules. It combines month, week, day, agenda, year, and task views with reminders, invitations, birthdays, public holidays, attachments, and calendar sharing. Users who want detailed control over how schedules are displayed and managed will find a broad set of planning tools, while casual users may prefer a simpler calendar interface.
The app’s strongest area is schedule management depth. Seven customizable widgets provide multiple ways to view upcoming events, while event templates, autocomplete, voice input, drag-and-drop editing, and multi-selection can support faster calendar maintenance. Task features include recurring tasks, subtasks, and priorities. The free version covers core access, while premium features add weather reports, recurring tasks, themes, PDF printing, and calendar import and export.
Business Calendar 2 also fits users who work across several calendar and task services. It synchronizes with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Exchange, and CalDAV, and its listed integrations include Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Microsoft Outlook, and OneDrive. Calendar and schedule sharing, file and photo attachments, Chromebook optimization, and a Wear OS companion app extend its use beyond a basic event list. Android users who want a detailed calendar and task hub should consider it; people who need support beyond the Android platform should choose a calendar app with broader platform coverage.
