Bunny CDN is a usage-based content delivery network for developers, websites, applications, and media services. It distributes cached content through regional edge networks and supports configurable caching, Perma-Cache, Edge Rules, image optimization, video delivery, traffic monitoring, and logging. The web-only platform makes it a fit for teams delivering sites, files, images, and online video through web applications.
Pricing is organized around bandwidth rather than conventional monthly plans. The Standard Network lists 119 PoPs, with rates of $0.01 per GB in Europe and North America, $0.045 per GB in South America, and $0.06 per GB in the Middle East and Africa. The Volume Network lists 10 PoPs and charges $0.005 per GB for the first 500 TB, $0.004 per GB from 500 TB to 1 PB, and $0.002 per GB from 1 PB to 2 PB; usage from 2 PB requires contacting the vendor. A $1 monthly minimum applies, and the product includes a 14-day trial.
Its feature set extends beyond basic file caching. Edge Rules provide delivery, security, and routing controls, while Bunny Optimizer handles image processing and Bunny Stream adds video storage, transcoding, playback, and CDN delivery. Real-time traffic statistics, log forwarding, and raw logging support operational monitoring. Bunny CDN suits teams that want granular bandwidth pricing and a focused web delivery stack, particularly when image or video delivery matters. Teams seeking broader platform coverage or a free plan should consider alternatives that match those requirements.
