A macOS cleaner combining junk removal, duplicate-file scanning and maintenance tools.

BuhoCleaner is a desktop cleanup and maintenance application for macOS, aimed at people who want to reclaim storage and manage common cleanup tasks from one app. Its tools scan system, application and browser junk, locate large and duplicate files, uninstall applications with leftover cleanup, and manage startup and login items. It also includes a Disk Space Analyzer and maintenance options such as RAM freeing, Spotlight reindexing, DNS flushing and secure file shredding. The published description says it supports Intel and Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 10.10 or later, so it is not an option for Windows users.
For storage cleanup, the feature set covers several distinct jobs rather than only temporary-file removal. Flash Clean targets junk across the system, apps and browsers; separate scans identify large files and duplicates for deletion. Uninstall cleanup addresses application leftovers, while the Disk Space Analyzer offers a way to inspect disk usage. The free version allows limited cleanup, with removal capped at 3 GB before manual deletion. That makes it a way to access some cleanup features, but users who need removal beyond that limit will need to consider a paid license. Buyers should distinguish these functions from a general-purpose file manager: BuhoCleaner is focused on macOS cleanup and maintenance.
According to the vendor's pricing page, the Yearly Plan costs $39.99 per Mac per year and unlocks premium Mac cleaning features. The Lifetime Plan costs $67.99 as a one-time payment and includes lifetime access with no recurring fees. The Business Plan is listed at $319.99 as a one-time purchase and includes company-wide licensing. A 30-day refund period is stated, and email support is available; 24/7 support is also listed. BuhoCleaner is a fit for Mac users who want a consolidated set of cleanup tools and are comfortable with desktop software. Choose another product if you need cross-platform support or a cleanup workflow without a 3 GB free-version limit.
