BrioHR is a cloud-based HR management platform for organizations managing employee records, leave, onboarding, attendance, timesheets, payroll, recruitment, training, performance, reporting and expenses. It combines web administration with iOS and Android access for tasks such as leave applications, attendance clock-ins, approvals, expense claims and payslip access. The platform fits small, mid-market and enterprise organizations, with localized payroll and HR services for markets including Malaysia and Singapore.

Its modular pricing is suited to teams that want to select specific HR capabilities. Leave & Time Off, Expense Claims, Document Management and Training each start at SGD 2 per user per month. Payroll and Performance Management each start at SGD 3 per user per month. Onboarding and Recruitment and Applicant Tracking are priced at SGD 120 per month each. The paid modules include practical workflows such as approvals, employee-data autofill, payroll history, payslip downloads, custom onboarding tracks, interview scorecards, performance reviews and training paths. The trade-off is that building a broad HR stack can require several separate subscriptions.

BrioHR also covers a wide operational range, from mobile clock-in with geolocation and overtime to KPI and OKR tracking, 360-degree feedback, reporting and project timesheets. Integration options include Xero, Google SSO, Microsoft SSO, Okta SSO, Payroll and a REST API. Email, chat and documentation support are available, while ISO 27001 and two-factor authentication provide defined security signals. Smaller teams seeking affordable, selectable HR modules should consider BrioHR; organizations wanting a single bundled price across every capability may prefer a less modular alternative.
