It centralizes brand guidelines and files including photos, graphics, videos, presentations, logos, and document files. Metadata tagging and categorization support organized libraries, while guest sharing, temporary public links, and update notifications help teams distribute approved materials beyond the core workspace.
Governance is the product's clearest strength. Photo libraries include digital rights management and expiry notifications, and approval workflows route submissions to stakeholders before publication or export. Role-based permissions and single sign-on support access control, while brand audits can sort records by date, submitter, type, and location. The template-based ad builder adds a controlled way to create, approve, and export advertising materials. Download tracking also gives teams visibility into how assets are being accessed.
