Our verdict on BranchTrack
BranchTrack is a browser-based authoring platform for creating branching scenarios and simulation-based learning experiences. It is designed for instructional designers, L&D teams, trainers, subject-matter experts, and business managers who need learners to practice decisions rather than follow only linear course content. Authors can add choices, challenges, media, voice-overs, characters, locations, and custom files, then publish through links, mobile experiences, LMS connections, or embeds in other authoring tools.
Its strongest fit is visual decision practice supported by a broad delivery and integration layer. The AI Co-Pilot can generate challenges, choices, and scenarios, while learner scores, completion, and decision-point analytics help teams review behavior. BranchTrack exports to SCORM 1.2 and 2004 and supports xAPI tracking. It also embeds in Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Lectora, Elucidat, Gomo, Easygenerator, and Evolve, with Zoom, Webex, and LMS platforms supported through integrations.
