A web-based studio system with strong client communication automation and broad integrations.

BookYourMat is studio management software for small Pilates, yoga, fitness, and similar studios. It brings together recurring class scheduling, public booking, client self-service, membership and package credit tracking, payment matching, SMS communication, instructor tools, and operational reports. The public booking page supports first bookings without an account, while the client portal provides access to balances, bookings, history, and receipts. An AI receptionist handles text-based booking conversations, making the product particularly relevant for solo studios that want to automate client communication without separating scheduling from studio administration.
Pricing is organized around instructor and location count. The Solo plan costs $99 per month and includes full product access for one instructor and one location. Studio costs $149 per month for two or more instructors at one location, while Multi-location costs $149 per location per month for two or more locations. There is a 30-day free trial, month-to-month billing, and no annual plan. The Social add-on costs $50 per month and adds AI-written social posts, a content calendar, and automatic publishing to Facebook and Instagram. This structure is straightforward for a single-instructor studio, but costs increase as the organization adds instructors or locations.
BookYourMat connects with Stripe, Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, Google Calendar, Calendly, Zoom, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. Stripe supports card payments, while Venmo and Zelle payments can be matched within the software; BookYourMat is not itself a payment processor. The product is web-only, so studios seeking a broader platform mix should consider that constraint. Choose it for consolidated scheduling, client communication, payment tracking, and instructor administration. Studios needing only basic booking, or organizations that do not want pricing tied to instructors and locations, may prefer a narrower alternative.
