Our verdict on BookingNinja
BookingNinja is a cloud-based booking and reservation platform for restaurants, cafés, pubs, soft-play centres, activity venues and experience operators. It brings regular and ticketed event setup, configurable booking forms, payments, timed sessions, table allocation and customer communications into one dashboard. The platform also covers QR-code ticket scanning, attendee check-in, deposits, prepayments, no-show protection, pre-orders, add-ons, memberships, gift cards and waivers. Its strongest fit is for small venues that need to manage bookings and payments around in-person activities rather than for conference organizers running complex attendee programs.
The published plans show a Free Forever option with no monthly subscription, unlimited paid bookings, Gold features included and no card required. Starter adds unlimited bookings, event management, marketing emails to opt-ins and live chat support. Gold adds marketing emails to all, payment links, custom email templates and weekend live chat support, while Enterprise provides bespoke POS integration, a dedicated account manager, custom development and integrations, plus custom contracts and SLAs.
