Bokio is a cloud-based bookkeeping platform for small businesses, entrepreneurs and accounting consultants. It combines double-entry bookkeeping, automated bookkeeping suggestions, bank connections, invoicing, payroll, financial statements and an integrated business account. Receipt and invoice capture is available through uploads, email inbox and mobile apps, while accountant collaboration and client management support shared workflows. The product operates for businesses in Sweden and the United Kingdom and is available on web, iOS, Android and API.

Pricing is organized around four named plans. Basic costs 269 SEK per month with annual billing and includes basic bookkeeping, a business account, reports, financial statements and VAT returns, one user plus an accounting consultant, and an NE appendix. Premium costs 359 SEK per month annually, with bookkeeping and one user plus an accounting consultant. Business costs 459 SEK per month annually and adds capacity for two users plus an accounting consultant. Plus costs 599 SEK per month with quarterly billing and includes three users plus an accounting consultant. All plans list a business account, reports, financial statements and VAT returns, and invoicing except Basic, which lists basic bookkeeping and an NE appendix instead. A 14-day trial is available.

Bokio’s strongest fit is for businesses that want routine bookkeeping connected to banking and sales activity. Automatic bank connections, document capture and automated matching can reduce manual transaction work, while integrations include Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Zettle, Zapier and other payment and commerce services. The platform also includes e-invoicing, quotations, payroll, expense management and company-card support. Businesses needing inventory tracking should consider another option, and those seeking a free bookkeeping plan should look elsewhere. Bokio is a practical choice for mobile-first businesses that value automation and accountant access.
