Blue Link ERP brings accounting, inventory, order management, warehouse operations, CRM, reporting and eCommerce integration into one system. It is aimed at small and midsize wholesalers, distributors, retailers and eCommerce businesses that need more than stock control alone. The product supports web, Windows, iOS, Android and API access, with hosted cloud and on-premise deployment options. Its inventory capabilities include multi-warehouse control, serialized and lot-tracked inventory, purchasing, invoicing, backorders, picking, packing and shipping.
The strongest fit is for businesses that want inventory and finance managed together. General ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank management sit alongside sales orders, purchase orders and fulfillment workflows. Multi-company accounting and inter-company transfers extend the system to organizations operating across entities. Light manufacturing adds bills of materials, assembly and production control, while optional barcode scanning, point of sale and industry-specific modules allow a more tailored setup.
