Our verdict on Blu Txt

Blu Txt is a peer-to-peer text messaging platform for political campaigns, advocacy groups, nonprofits and community outreach programs. It supports one-to-one conversations for volunteer recruitment, voter turnout, fundraising, event invitations, interest-building and survey participation. Teams can choose a self-service model managed by staff or volunteers, or a full-service model in which Blu Contact agents handle outreach on the organization’s behalf. Its feature set covers contact-list uploading, script creation, message sending, feedback capture, assignments and outreach data analysis.

The two plans are structured around who operates the texting program. Self-Service lets staff or volunteers manage conversations, while a dedicated account manager guides setup.
