Bloomberg Intelligence (BI) brings Bloomberg analyst research and data together for investment and financial professionals analyzing companies, industries and global markets. Its coverage includes company fundamentals, financial and valuation information, industry factors and investment themes, alongside company actuals, consensus estimates and guidance. The research-centered scope makes it a fit for teams that need analyst context and company estimates more than a broad terminal experience.
BI pairs reports and analyst insights with interactive charts using Bloomberg and third-party data. Users can apply filters and charts for scenario analysis, then export data to Microsoft Excel or through a REST API. This connects narrative research with financial information that teams can work with in spreadsheets or through an API workflow. Bloomberg also publishes selected BI reports and insights on its public site, while the BI research offering is positioned as available through the Bloomberg Terminal.
The commercial model is contact sales, and BI is not presented with a free plan.
