Blissbook is a web-based platform for creating, distributing, updating, and tracking employee handbooks and HR policies. It is designed for HR teams at growing companies and enterprises that need branded employee communications, organized policy management, version control, electronic signatures, employee acknowledgments, and compliance reporting. Personalized content by employee groups also supports organizations that need different policies or communications for different audiences.
The published plans show annual pricing for a selected audience tier of 301–400 employees. Blissbook costs $249 per month and includes policy import, editing, management, collaborative editing, branded digital documents, electronic signature collection and reporting, HRIS integration, and automated workflows. Blissbook PRO costs $349 per month and adds policy approval workflows, automated policy expiration, data lineage reports, automated manager escalation, and extended version history. The Custom plan covers custom requirements and pricing.
