BizTalk360 is a web-based operations, monitoring and analytics product for organizations running Microsoft BizTalk Server. It brings administration tools, dashboards, artifact monitoring, threshold alerts, transaction monitoring, automated recovery, governance and controlled access into one environment. Operations teams can monitor receive locations, send ports, orchestrations, service instances, CPU, memory, disk, event logs, Windows services and SQL jobs. The product uses agentless monitoring and supports Windows Server 2016 or later, with installation on a standalone server or directly on BizTalk servers.

Pricing is quote-based and varies by BizTalk Server edition and production versus non-production environment. The Silver plan covers essential monitoring and management, application and host instance monitoring, BizTalk and SQL Server monitoring, web endpoint monitoring and data monitoring. Gold adds ESB, BAM and Event Log monitoring, MSMQ queues, folders, notification channels, Advanced Event Viewer and secure SQL queries. Platinum includes the Gold features plus IBM MQ, ActiveMQ and RabbitMQ monitoring, SFTP folders, Azure and IIS monitoring, analytics and API access. A 30-day free trial is available, while the published plans do not include a free plan.

BizTalk360 fits teams that need detailed oversight of BizTalk artifacts and transactions rather than a broad, general-purpose server monitoring system. Its notification options include Microsoft Teams, Slack, ServiceNow, WebHook, SMS, email, SCOM, SolarWinds, ManageEngine and Nagios. Role-based access, governance and auditing support controlled operational workflows, while automated recovery can respond to monitored artifacts. Choose it when BizTalk Server is central to integration operations and deeper platform-specific monitoring matters. Choose an alternative when you need broad operating-system coverage beyond Windows or monitoring designed primarily for mixed server estates.

BizTalk360 pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Deep monitoring for BizTalk artifacts, transactions, SQL and events
    • Automated recovery, dashboards, governance and role-based access
    • Integrates with Teams, Slack, ServiceNow, SCOM and other tools
  • Where it doesn't
    • Windows-only deployment limits cross-platform server coverage
    • Quote-based pricing requires a sales conversation
    • Its BizTalk focus is too narrow for general-purpose monitoring
