Billomat is web-based accounting and invoicing software for freelancers, small businesses, and growing companies. It supports online invoices, estimates, credit notes, recurring invoices, expense and revenue tracking, receipt capture, customer and supplier CRM, payment reminders, automated dunning, financial statements, and customer portals. Bank account linking and automatic reconciliation support financial workflows, while document recognition helps capture receipts and invoices. The service is available on the web, iOS, Android, and through an open REST API, with integrations including Mollie, Shopify, WooCommerce, DATEV, Agicap, Commitly, OneDrive, Google Drive, and Dropbox.
The published annual-billing prices start with Professional at €19 per month. This plan includes one user, 30 invoices per month, and limited features. Business costs €29 per month with annual billing and includes one user, all features, and 100 API calls per 15 minutes; additional users cost €10 per month each. Enterprise costs €99 per month with annual billing and includes five users, all features, and 300 API calls per 15 minutes; additional users also cost €10 per month each. Monthly billing is shown separately at a higher price for each plan, and prices exclude VAT. A 14-day trial is available.
Billomat is less suitable for businesses seeking a free invoicing product or a broad allowance on the entry plan. Professional limits users to one, invoices to 30 per month, and access to selected features, so businesses needing the full feature set must consider Business or Enterprise. The paid structure also requires attention to billing frequency, VAT, and additional-user charges. Businesses that need recurring invoicing, client portals, online payments, expense tracking, reconciliation, and API access should consider Billomat. Those prioritizing a free plan, fewer plan restrictions, or a different pricing structure should choose an alternative.
