BillClap is a cloud-based business management platform for Indian small and medium-sized businesses. It brings together GST and non-GST invoice creation, customer and vendor ledgers, expense management, profit-and-loss reporting, inventory, payment collection, tax documents, POS billing, and online-store tools. Its audience includes solo operators, retailers, and growing businesses that need invoicing and operational records in one system, with access through the web, Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android.
The plan structure is designed around increasing business complexity. Pro Plus supports 1 user and 1 business, with unlimited parties, invoices, and products plus cash and bank management. Enterprise Elite adds a second user and business, along with e-way bills, TDS/TCS, low-stock alerts, and multiple-firm management. Enterprise Plus supports 3 users and 2 businesses, adding e-invoice integration, an online store, payment gateway and API/ERP access, and Tally export or sync. BillClap uses paid plans and offers a 7-day free trial rather than a permanent free tier.
Operational coverage is a central strength. Inventory supports real-time tracking, batches, and expiry dates; POS billing includes barcode scanning; and bank statement reconciliation sits alongside expense management and ledgers with payment reminders. Integrations include Razorpay, Cashfree, ERP/CRM systems, Tally, and shipping partners. Businesses can also connect through API and payment integrations. BillClap is a strong fit for companies that need GST workflows, stock control, POS, and expanding business features across devices. Smaller teams wanting a permanent free plan, or businesses requiring iOS access now, should look elsewhere.
