BigRoad ELD, also called DashLink, is an engine-connected electronic logging solution for owner-operators and fleet-owning businesses in North America. It records hours-of-service data, duty status, vehicle drive time, and driver availability, with support for U.S. and Canadian rule sets. Drivers and fleet teams can access the mobile application on Android and iOS, while the broader product is also available on the web. A compatible vehicle telematics hardware connection is required.
Compliance and inspection workflows are the product’s clearest focus. BigRoad provides FMCSA-registered ELD compliance, automatic recording, inspection-ready log reports, in-app DVIR workflows, centralized logs, supporting documents, fuel tracking, and risk notifications for upcoming violations. Offline log access helps maintain access to logs during connectivity loss. Its in-app load matching through BigRoad Freight adds a workflow for teams that also need to connect logging activity with available loads.
The bundle structure gives fleets a path from core logging to broader safety oversight. DashLink ELD Bundle includes the ELD package, vehicle mileage reporting, live messaging, IFTA mileage reporting, and fuel tax reporting.
