Our verdict on Bhreem
Bhreem automates Instagram comment-to-DM replies for creators, businesses, and agencies. Its free Starter plan is aimed at solo users who want to turn comments on posts and Reels into private conversations without paying for the listed functionality. It supports one Instagram professional account, and includes contact capture and an Instagram inbox for manual follow-up. The focus is narrow: this is a tool for comment-based entry points, rather than a broader messaging automation suite.
The automation lets users set keyword triggers for exact, multiple, or any comments, and target all or selected posts and Reels. When a comment matches, Bhreem sends an automatic private reply and saves the person as a contact with the related post and keyword. Duplicate reply prevention limits a commenter to one reply per automation. Analytics cover comments, replies, contacts, posts, and keywords. These functions make the product relevant when the desired workflow starts with public engagement; they do not extend the documented entry points beyond comments on posts and Reels.
Pricing is straightforward: the available Starter plan costs $0 and includes one account, comment keyword automations, post and Reel targeting, automatic private replies, contact capture, and a basic Instagram inbox. The pricing page describes paid plans for the broader platform as forthcoming, while broader messaging and commerce modules are also described as coming later. Bhreem says its automation uses official Meta APIs. Choose it for free, focused comment-to-DM handling and follow-up; consider another option if you need multiple Instagram accounts or automation that begins outside comments.
