Bexley review
A comprehensive platform for operators that need administration across multiple gym locations.

Bexley is a cloud-based gym management platform for independent gyms, boutique fitness studios, franchisees, and multi-location health clubs. It brings together member profiles, prospect management, recurring billing, class scheduling, attendance, facility check-in, door access, point-of-sale tools, staff scheduling, retention automations, reporting, and a branded member portal. Members can join online, manage billing, and book classes through self-service experiences, while staff operate through a web portal. Pricing is based on locations rather than member or staff counts.
The published plans show a 30-day trial and monthly pricing by location. Starter costs $500 per month for one location and includes unlimited active members and prospects, unlimited staff accounts, membership plans and billing, online join, a member portal, and facility check-in. Multi-Unit costs $400 per location per month for up to five locations, adding cross-location reporting, door access and integrations, POS, gift cards, and inventory. Enterprise covers five or more locations, with unlimited locations available on a custom basis. It adds dedicated onboarding and success, API access, signed webhooks, custom RBAC, compliance exports, and multi-brand and franchise rollouts.
Bexley is particularly suited to operators that need administration across locations rather than a narrow class-booking system. Its feature set covers billing and dunning, rosters and waitlists, barcode check-in, kiosk scanner mode, guest passes, staff time clocks, shift scheduling, email and SMS notifications, reporting, permissions, and audit logging. API access, signed webhooks, door access, and payment integrations support broader operational workflows. The trade-off is cost: the starting price is substantial for a single location, and Enterprise pricing is custom. Single-site gyms with simpler needs may find the broader administrative scope difficult to justify, while growing operators and franchise groups have more reason to consider it.
