Beeyond is a cloud-based product information management system for producers, wholesalers, retailers and other organizations that need one place for product, master and customer data. It centralizes descriptions, attributes, images, videos, manuals and barcodes, with multilingual labels and interfaces for teams serving multiple markets. Small teams with feed-driven catalogs are the clearest fit, although the feature set also supports mid-market and enterprise organizations.
The paid Beeyond subscription includes cloud hosting and software updates. Implementation and configuration are quoted separately, so buyers should account for those services when planning deployment. The platform supports XML, CSV, TXT, XLS and XLSX interchange, along with workflow-based imports and exports. Integrations and connections cover webshops, ERP systems, online marketplaces and FTP, while automated feeds can distribute product data to webshops, marketplaces and partners.
Beeyond’s strongest functional focus is catalog operations: configurable validators help check product data, bulk editing supports large-scale changes, and scheduled data mutations can manage planned updates.
