BeaverFlow CMDB review
A broad CMDB with clear paid tiers, service mapping, and hybrid deployment.

BeaverFlow CMDB is a configuration management database within BeaverFlow’s ITIL 4 platform. It centralizes physical and virtual infrastructure, cloud resources, SaaS subscriptions, and installed software in a configuration-item registry. IT teams can record ownership, location, versions, contracts, lifecycle stages, and support metadata, making it suited to incident, change, compliance, asset-ownership, and service-dependency work. The product supports web, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, and API access, with hybrid deployment.
The published plans show that CMDB is included in Growth and Enterprise, rather than Starter. Starter costs $10 per user per month when billed monthly, or $5,000 per year for up to 50 users, and includes ITSM, Helpdesk, Knowledge products, cloud hosting, email support, and mobile apps. Growth costs $24 per user per month monthly, or $12,000 annually for up to 50 users. It adds CMDB, IDM, CRM, Supplier products, priority support with a 4-hour SLA, a custom domain, and everything in Starter. Enterprise costs $47 per user per month monthly, or $23,500 annually for up to 50 users, adding the full 12-product ITIL stack, SSO/SAML, a 99.9% SLA, on-premise deployment, and a dedicated customer success manager. A three-month trial supports up to five users without a credit card.
Its strongest case is breadth. BeaverFlow combines hardware and software inventory, cloud-asset tracking, license and entitlement data, relationship graphs, business service mapping, discovery-tool and infrastructure-as-code integrations, lifecycle tracking, CI health scoring, and audit trails. REST API, webhooks, monitoring tools, Active Directory, LDAP, email, communication platforms, Terraform, and Ansible integrations extend its platform fit. Teams needing a centralized, wide-scope CMDB with visible pricing should consider it. Organizations seeking a perpetual free plan, or CMDB access in the lowest tier, should look elsewhere.
